Same Kind of Different As Me is written by Roderick and Bruce Taylor. Filming will take place inMississippi starting in late October

.



According to the Mississippi Film Office, casting directors are holding an open casting call this weekend.

Casting directors are looking for PAID EXTRAS of ALL AGES & ETHNICITIES to work one and/or multiple days inJackson, MS and surrounding area.

They are looking for regular, recurring, and featured background, individuals with late 1930s, 40s, and 50s vehicles, and experienced stand ins. Filming is Oct. – mid Dec. 2014.

– Saturday, October 18th from 1-5 PM
– Sunday, October 19th from 12-4 PM

Churchill Room at The Marriott Hotel – 200 E Amite St. Jackson, MS 39201

Anyone unable to attend in person should email their name, phone #, age, height, location, general availability, and 2 photos of themselves tomsmovieextras@gmail.com.

Photos DO NOT need to be professional but will better your chances if you send 1 headshot and 1 full length photo in a solid color shirt in front a solid black or white background. If you have a vintage vehicle – please submit, make, model, year, and photo as well.
